There is no linkable table of contents, bookmarks, or index. This will make it much easier to find specific sections. What a concept, a mark-up of the new patent laws per the USPTO's own rules under 37CFR1.121(b)(1)(ii) for amendments (underlining new and strike-through deleted). Much more readable than the current MPEP version. A linkable TOC and Index would be very helpful.
